La bohème finished. Thursday we finished the opera we were doing. La bohème is a good opera. It took me a while to get into it, but it's a lovely one. Dark and sad. makes you wanna cry from time to time. I didn't see a thing but i could listen to it several times. I loved it. Thursday we spent 15 hours working , in breaking everything down. I still feel all the hard work in my body.

Yesterday i went to the carnival again. A quiet night , i didn't feel like dressing up , so i just dressed like i always do in Belgium. weird enough. Tonight is the very last night of this year's carnival. ( this is what i thought of Monday night). These Canarians are unstoppable. But tonight i won't participate. I 'm sick and tired of the carnival, and tomorrow I'm starting my beach-holiday in the south of the island. Relaxed , cheap and satisfying. Just what a holiday has to be.
